Our Non-GMO Pastured Duck

We raise our ducks on pasture in portable hoop buildings. These shelters are built on steel skis, which lets us move them easily across the field. Ducks like to roam, so the larger design gives them plenty of space to forage while still offering protection from predators and severe weather.

We move the hoop building forward each day to give the ducks access to fresh pasture to graze. They’re fed non-GMO grain, with continual access to fresh water. Life on pasture provides fresh air, sunshine, and exercise, along with a nutritious and diverse diet—all of which supports healthy ducks and results in flavourful, nutritious meat.
